On May 25, the "Exciting Hangzhou" West Lake Open officially kicked off at the West Lake International Golf Course. This event was co-hosted by China Golf Association, Zhejiang Sports Bureau, and the "Exciting Hangzhou" series Event Organizing Committee. It was undertaken by the People's Government of West Lake District, Hangzhou.

    The vice Chairman and Secretary-General of the China Golf Committee, Mr. Pangzheng, introduced the detail of the tournament at the meeting and described his expectations: "Holding such a prestigious and high-standard event will not only accumulate valuable experience for the Asian Game Hangzhou but also contribute significantly in the Golf's popularization, development and improvement."

    Following the requirement of "all factors participation" and "full process rehearsal," the competition committee systematically progressed preparations such as competition operation, guest reception, traffic coordination, and ticket service. Before the event, the Golf Course had been renovated and fully updated to meet the required standards. A specialized event service team comprising 112 full-time staff has been formed to ensure exceptional event Service. Six international and national referees were enlisted, forming a core team of expert competition adjudicators. Furthermore, after stringent selection, 392 volunteers were selected.

    Our company was tasked with the Timing & Scoring Service, Results Processing and Distribution Service, Public Display screens, Leaderboard, and comprehensive volunteer management to ensure the entire competition's safe, stable, and efficient operation. Our experienced technical team, with their abundant event experience, provided the smooth execution of all aspects, earning high acclaim from referees and leaders at all levels.
